Ansis Publications is devoted to upholding the highest standards of integrity in all our published content. Our journals strictly follow a Conflict-of-Interest policy and our code of conduct is guided by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
To ensure quality, Ansis Publications utilizes Crossref Similarity Check (iThenticate) plagiarism detection software for all submissions. Instances of plagiarism are addressed in accordance with COPE guidelines, potentially leading to manuscript rejection and author sanctions. If published articles are found to contain plagiarism, corrections or retractions may be required.
All journal content undergoes a thorough peer review process, conducted under a Double-Blind methodology.
An individual contributing significantly to a scientific investigation is defined as someone involved in the conception, design, execution, analysis, and interpretation of data. They also participate in drafting, reviewing, or revising the manuscript for intellectual content and approve the final version for publication. Submitting authors must provide an ORCID, and we strongly encourage all authors to do so. Any changes in authorship must be declared to the journal and agreed upon by all involved authors.
In articles with multiple authors, it is essential to designate one author as the Corresponding Author. This individual assumes primary responsibility for the manuscript, making a substantial contribution to the research effort, regardless of whether they are the principal investigator or project leader.
All co-authors of a publication are required to provide consent to the Corresponding Author for authorship. Each co-author should contribute to the research work, take responsibility for relevant portions of the content, acknowledge that they have reviewed and approved the manuscript and accept responsibility for the integrity of their respective contributions to the manuscript.
Editors and reviewers should refrain from handling a submission in the following situations:
Reviewers are required to disclose any remaining interests in the 'Confidential' section of the review form, will be taken into account by the editor. Editors and reviewers must also disclose any prior discussions they have had with the authors regarding the manuscript.
A Conflict of Interest arises when the evaluation of research is swayed by considerations like financial benefit or personal connections. Authors are required to openly declare any financial, personal, or other affiliations that might impact or appear to influence their work. For further details on COIs, please Visit
Ansis Publications is dedicated to maintain the integrity of the scientific record through the publication of exclusively original and unpublished content. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have thoroughly reviewed and approved the manuscript. Each submission undergoes rigorous plagiarism screening using iThenticate. In cases where plagiarism is identified, Ansis Publications conducts a comprehensive investigation and implements appropriate actions based on the severity and nature of the plagiarism discovered.
Citation manipulation entails publishing an article primarily to artificially increase an author's citation count. This practice directly violates our Ethical Guidelines and we strongly advise authors against participating in such actions.
Editors and reviewers are explicitly prohibited from soliciting authors to include references solely to enhance citations to their own or a colleague's work, to the journal itself, or to another journal with which they are associated.
Redundant publication occurs when the same intellectual material is published more than once by the same author. Suspected instances of redundant manuscript submission will be addressed following guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.
Manuscripts submitted to Ansis Publications must not be under consideration elsewhere concurrently and must be withdrawn before submission to another publication. Authors found to have simultaneously submitted their articles elsewhere maybe subjected to disciplinary measures.
When authors base their submitted manuscript on their own previously published work or work currently under review, they must appropriately reference the earlier articles and clarify how their submitted manuscript differs. Republishing identical or highly similar content may lead to the retraction of the later article and authors may be subject to sanctions.
Authors of submitted manuscripts or published articles found to have fabricated or falsified results, including image manipulation, may face sanctions. Published articles found to contain such misconduct may be retracted.
In cases of misconduct complaints, Ansis Publications will conduct an investigation following COPE guidelines. All stakeholders involved will have the opportunity to provide their perspectives on the issue. If the complaint is substantiated, the journal may impose sanctions on authors based on the severity of the breach, which could include:
Any suspected breaches of our publication ethics policies, whether occurring before or after publication, and concerns regarding research ethics, should be promptly reported to our Research Integrity team. Ansis Publications reserves the right to request authors to provide underlying data and images, consult with editors and engage with institutions or employers to conduct investigations or address these concerns appropriately.

In cases where errors are identified in published articles, Ansis Publications will assess the necessary actions and may involve consulting with editors and the authors' institutions.
Errors made by authors may be rectified through a corrigendum, while errors made by the publisher may be addressed through an erratum. All authors will be required to agree to the content of these notices.
If journal editors have clear evidence that findings are unreliable due to misconduct (e.g., data fabrication) or honest error (e.g., miscalculation or experimental error), or if:
Significant errors affecting conclusions or evidence of misconduct may necessitate retraction or issuance of an expression of concern, in accordance with COPE Retraction Guidelines.
