Ansis Publications – Publication Ethics

Ethical Standards

Ansis Publications is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability in scholarly publishing. Our journals strictly follow a Conflict-of-Interest policy and adhere to the Code of Conduct and ethical guidelines recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Plagiarism and Anti-Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts are screened for originality using Crossref Similarity Check (iThenticate) before peer review. Plagiarism or unethical overlap is handled according to COPE guidelines, which may result in manuscript rejection, corrections, retractions, or sanctions for the authors. Authors are responsible for ensuring their work is original and that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the submission.

Authorship

Significant contributors to a research work must participate in the conception, design, execution, analysis, or interpretation of data and review or revise the manuscript for intellectual content. All authors must approve the final version. Submitting authors are required to provide an ORCID, and changes to authorship must be declared and agreed upon by all authors.

Corresponding and Co-Authors

The Corresponding Author assumes primary responsibility for the manuscript and ensures proper communication with the journal. Co-authors must provide consent, contribute meaningfully to the research, review the manuscript, and take responsibility for their portion of the work.

Editors and Reviewers

Editors and reviewers must recuse themselves if they have recent collaborations, shared affiliations, financial interests, personal relationships, or any other factor that could compromise objectivity. Remaining potential conflicts must be disclosed to the editor. Editors and reviewers must maintain confidentiality and transparency throughout the review process.

Conflict of Interest

Authors, editors, and reviewers must declare any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence the research or its evaluation. Conflicts of interest are handled according to COPE guidelines to maintain transparency and credibility.

Citation Manipulation:

Authors, editors, and reviewers are prohibited from engaging in practices aimed at artificially inflating citation counts. Requests to add citations solely to benefit personal, journal, or colleague metrics are considered unethical.

Duplicate submission and Redundant Publications

Manuscripts must not be under consideration elsewhere simultaneously. Authors must appropriately reference any prior work and clearly indicate how new submissions differ. Redundant publications may result in retraction and author sanctions.

Manuscripts submitted to Ansis Publications must not be under consideration elsewhere concurrently and must be withdrawn before submission to another publication. Authors found to have simultaneously submitted their articles elsewhere maybe subjected to disciplinary measures.
