By accessing, browsing, submitting manuscripts to, or using any journal, website, or online submission system operated by Ansis Publications (including Ansis ManuscriptHub), authors, reviewers, editors, and users agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue use of Ansis Publications’ services.

Ownership of Site and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Ansis Publications website and all related platforms, journals, and services operated by Ansis Publications, its subsidiaries, and affiliates worldwide (collectively referred to as the “Site”).

The Site is owned and operated by Ansis Publications, FZ-LLC.

Ansis Publications reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to access and use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

Scope of Services

Ansis Publications provides scholarly publishing services, including but not limited to:

  • Manuscript submission and tracking
  • Peer review and editorial evaluation
  • Copyediting, production, and publication
  • Dissemination of academic content through journals and digital platforms

These services are delivered via Ansis Publications journals and the Ansis ManuscriptHub online submission system.

Author Responsibilities

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:

  • The work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • All listed authors meet the Authorship Criteria defined by Ansis Publications.
  • The manuscript complies with journal policies, ethical standards, and submission guidelines.
  • All required ethical approvals, informed consent, and permissions have been obtained where applicable.
  • All conflicts of interest and funding sources have been fully disclosed.

Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy, originality, legality, and integrity of the submitted content.

Peer Review and Editorial Decisions
  • All manuscripts undergo editorial screening and peer review.
  • Editorial decisions (acceptance, revision, or rejection) are final.
  • Ansis Publications reserves the right to reject manuscripts at any stage for ethical, editorial, or quality-related reasons.
  • Priority is given to new submissions over appeals.
Complaints and Appeals

Complaints related to:

  • Scientific content
  • Editorial or peer review processes
  • Publication ethics

are handled according to the journal’s Complaints Process and in line with COPE guidelines. Decisions made after investigation are final.

Publication Ethics and Misconduct

Ansis Publications strictly prohibits:

  • Plagiarism
  • Data fabrication or falsification
  • Duplicate or redundant publication
  • Guest, gift, or ghost authorship
  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest

Confirmed cases of misconduct may result in rejection, correction, retraction, or notification of authors’ institutions.

Copyright and Licensing
  • Copyright and licensing terms are defined by individual journal policies.
  • Authors must obtain permission for any third-party copyrighted material.
  • Published content may be distributed under open-access or subscription models, as specified by the journal.
Fees and Payments
  • Any applicable Article Processing Charges (APCs) or publication fees are clearly communicated prior to publication.
  • Fees paid are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Use of Online Submission System (Ansis ManuscriptHub)

Users agree:

  • Not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the system.
  • To provide accurate and complete information during submission and review.
  • That data may be stored and processed for editorial, peer review, and publication purposes.

Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access.

Confidentiality and Data Protection
  • Manuscripts under review are treated as confidential.
  • Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for publishing-related purposes.
Content Ownership

All content on the Site including text, graphics, interfaces, logos, trademarks, design elements, software, and layout (“Content”) is owned, controlled, or licensed by Ansis Publications, FZ LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of Content is prohibited.

Feedback and Information

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions submitted to Ansis Publications are considered non-confidential.

Ansis Publications may use such feedback without restriction or obligation.

Limitation of Liability

Ansis Publications is not liable for:

  • Errors or omissions in published content
  • Consequences arising from reliance on published material
  • Delays in editorial or peer review processes
  • Technical or system-related issues beyond reasonable control

Responsibility for content rests entirely with the authors.
