Ansis Publications remains open for further discussion with authors after either publication or rejection of a manuscript.
Authors have the opportunity to appeal a rejection, request further discussions, or seek post-publication revisions by contacting the Journal's Editorial department.
When making such an appeal or request, authors must provide a detailed justification that includes a description of the situation and point-by-point responses to the reviewers' and/or editor's comments.
The Journal's Managing Editor will forward the manuscript and related information, including the identities of the referees, to the Editor in charge. This may be one of the Editors-in-Chief or an Editorial Board Member without any conflict of interest (COI).
The decision rendered by the Editor in charge will be final and irreversible.
Appeals will only be considered from the original submitting authors, and all information provided will be kept confidential throughout the process.
Authors should send a formal letter of appeal to the journal by emailing the editorial office at (ansispublications@ansispublications.com) in order to contest an editorial decision.
Kindly provide the journal name and manuscript number in the subject line of the email as well as on the letter of appeal.
In the event that an appeal is granted, the writers will receive instructions on what to do next. The Editor may choose to forward the revised work and the authors' response for additional peer review if the appeal merits more attention.
