Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to Ansis Publications undergo extensive evaluation during the peer-review process.

Post-Publication

Manuscript Revisions

Once the final review is completed, the author will be required to resubmit the revised manuscript using a journal template provided Ansis Publications. The final Revised Manuscript will be sent via email as a PDF file and should be returned within 3 days of receipt.

During this stage, alterations to the text and figures (except for essential corrections of errors) are unacceptable, and authors may be charged for excessive alterations.

Proofread

Before their work is published, authors will receive page proofs of their accepted work. Proofs should be examined for typos right away and returned within 48 hours to prevent publication delays. At the proof stage, significant modifications are not permitted. The article will be published exactly as received, and the publishers will not be held liable for any errors that may occur in the published manuscript in this regard. If the author(s) are unable to send corrections within 48 hours for any reason, they must at least send an acknowledgement upon receiving the galley proofs.

The onus will be exclusively on the corresponding author to see that all co-authors approve the updated version of the paper that includes all corrections that have been provided.

After a manuscript looks appropriate, it is normally subjected to one round of peer review by three impartial, reputable specialists. Reputable global specialists are invited to assess submitted manuscripts in a peer-reviewing capacity, taking into account the manuscript's scope and the reviewers' respective levels of knowledge. The authors are not informed of the reviewers' identities. The reviewers' impartial and objective evaluation of the manuscript is guaranteed by their anonymity.

The Editors may propose accepting, revising, or rejecting a submission based on feedback from reviewers.

After review of the manuscript by at least three independent experts, in addition to the views of the Editor, the decision communicated to the authors may be categorized as:

  • Accept
  • Minor Revision
  • Major Revision
  • Reject & Resubmit
  • Reject

We use a double-blind peer-review method where the identities of the authors and peer reviewers are kept secret from both parties. The scholars who conducted the peer-review are acknowledged in all of our journals; without their important contributions, the journal's publication would not be feasible. We make every effort to follow the rules established by the Committee on Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). In order to guarantee the highest ethical standards of evaluation, we also send the criteria to our reviewers.

The updated paper is often returned to the reviewers for additional assessment after the authors resubmit it within 15 days. The publishers typically permit one round of revisions, though in certain circumstances, a second round may be permitted. Should additional editing be required, the manuscript will be turned down and the writer will be asked to submit it again for consideration.

The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision on acceptance or rejection based on the caliber of the revision and his evaluation of the manuscript's caliber. In exceptional circumstances, the Editor-in-Chief may decide not to publish articles that the referees recommended.

Once the review process is completed and the article is accepted, it is typeset and the authors receive proofs to make any necessary edits before the final publication.

The iThenticate program, used by Ansis Publications, finds instances of similar and overlapping text in submitted papers. This software verifies content against an extensive article database, the Internet, and a database of periodicals.

In order to identify instances of plagiarism, Ansis Publications adheres closely to the COPE rules. Authors seeking more clarity can consult the flowcharts available on the COPE website by clicking this link.

Writers who would like to file a complaint should direct them to the journal's chief editor. Email complaints to help@ansispublications.com, the publisher's email address.
