Repository Policy / Self-Archiving Policy

The Journal of Computer and Communication Networks is committed to promoting open access, visibility, and long-term preservation of scholarly research. The journal permits and encourages authors to deposit versions of their published work in repositories of their choice.

Versions Allowed for Deposit

Authors are permitted to archive and share the following versions of their manuscripts:

  • Preprint (submitted version prior to peer review)
  • Accepted Manuscript (post-peer review, prior to copyediting and typesetting)
  • Final Published Version (Version of Record)
Embargo Period

There is no embargo period. All versions may be deposited immediately upon publication.

Permitted Repositories

Authors may deposit their work in:

  • Institutional repositories
  • Subject-based repositories
  • Personal or departmental websites
  • Any non-commercial repository of the author’s choice
Licensing and Attribution

All articles published in the journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

Deposited versions must:

  • Include full bibliographic citation details
  • Provide a direct link to the official journal publication
  • Clearly indicate the CC BY 4.0 license
Copyright and Author Rights

Authors retain copyright of their work. By publishing in the journal, authors grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the article while allowing unrestricted reuse, distribution, and reproduction of the work in any medium, provided proper attribution is given.
