Journal of Computer and Communication Networks

Revenue Sources

The Journal of Computer and Communication Networks is published as a Gold Open Access journal by Ansis Publications. Ansis Publications operates as a self-funded publisher and does not receive financial support from governments or external funding agencies.

The primary revenue source for the journal is the Article Processing Charge (APC), which supports core publishing activities, including editorial management, peer review administration, online hosting, DOI registration, long-term digital archiving, indexing services, and staff operations.

To encourage high-quality submissions and support the research community, all APCs are fully waived until 31 December 2026, with publication costs sponsored by Ansis Publications (UAE). From 01 January 2027, a standard APC of USD 800 (exclusive of taxes) will apply.

Revenue sources do not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on academic merit through a rigorous, independent, and double-blind peer review process, in line with COPE, DOAJ Principles of Transparency, and international open access publishing standards.
