Refunds and cancellations apply under the conditions listed below:
Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled after dispatch but before delivery may be refunded after deduction of shipping and handling charges, once the item is returned in good condition.
Delivered orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Subscriptions or services involving online access or downloadable content are non-refundable.
In cases of failed transactions or duplicate billing, the full deducted amount will be refunded.
Bank or payment gateway charges incurred during processing may be non-refundable.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banking institutions and payment methods.
Partial cancellations will result in refunds corresponding only to the cancelled portion.
Conference Registration Policy

For conferences and academic events associated with the Journal of Computer and Communication Networks:
Registration cancellations must be submitted within 3 days of registration.
Partial registration cancellations are not permitted.
A 10% cancellation and bank processing fee applies to approved cancellations.
If Ansis Publications cancels an event, the full registration fee will be refunded.
Transparency and Editorial Independence
All subscription fees, service charges, and registration revenues associated with the Journal of Computer and Communication Networks are used solely to support publishing operations, digital infrastructure, and academic events.
These revenues do not influence editorial decisions, peer review outcomes, or acceptance of manuscripts.
