Ansis Publications reserves the right to reject or cancel any order.
Ansis Publications may, at its sole discretion, cancel any order(s)
If it suspects fraudulent activity in a transaction.
If it suspects a customer has engaged in a transaction that does not comply with the Terms of Use.
For any reasons beyond the control of Ansis Publications, including issues related to postal delivery difficulties.
Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:
If the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been shipped, the full order amount will be refunded.
If the ordered item has been shipped but not yet delivered to the buyer, the order can still be cancelled online. The total order amount will be refunded after deducting shipment and handling charges. The refund will be processed once Ansis Publications receives the originally ordered item back intact from the courier or postal service.
Once delivered, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
If Ansis Publications offers an option for online download, cancellation will not be possible.
If a transaction fails or if double billing occurs for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded.
In the event of a cancelled order or failed transaction, any bank or card transaction charges incurred by the buyer may be forfeited.
Ansis Publications does not provide any guarantees regarding the accuracy or timeliness of refunds to the buyers' card or account.
For partial cancellations, the refunded amount will correspond to the cancelled portion.
If you need to cancel a registration, please do so within 3 days of placing it. Partial registration cancellations are not allowed, and the payment is non-refundable.
10% of the total order value is the cancellation/bank transaction fee that applies to all cancellations.
In certain situations, Ansis Publications may need to cancel a registration. In such cases, the full registration amount will be refunded.
